What to Expect:

Before Your Appointment We confirm all details in advance — location, documents, number of signers, and any special accommodations needed. For bedside signings we coordinate directly with you or the facility to ensure a smooth arrival.

At the Signing We arrive prepared, patient, and discreet. Every document is explained clearly — in English or Spanish — at a pace that works for the signer. We never rush. We never pressure. We don't leave until everything is signed correctly and the signer feels comfortable.

After the Signing Executed documents are returned per your instructions. A digital confirmation is sent to confirm completion.

What to Bring:

  • Valid unexpired government-issued photo ID for all signers

  • All signers must be present or available via video for RON

  • Do not pre-sign any documents

  • For will signings — please arrange two witnesses in advance per Florida law

Quick FAQ:

  • Yes — bedside signings are one of our specialties. We coordinate with you and the facility and handle everything with complete professionalism and compassion.

  • Florida law requires two witnesses for a will in addition to the notary. We do not act as a witness — please arrange witnesses through your attorney or family members before the appointment.

  • Let us know in advance. We have experience with signers who have limited mobility or medical conditions and will take all the time needed to ensure the signing is valid and comfortable.
