REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Overview

At AIO Notary Network, LLC, we understand that schedules change. This policy exists to protect the time, preparation, and travel investment made by our notary for every scheduled appointment. By booking an appointment with AIO Notary Network, LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.

2. Cancellation Fee Schedule

The following cancellation fees apply to all individual client appointments:

24 hours or more in advance: No charge

2 to 24 hours before appointment: 50% of service fee

Less than 2 hours before appointment: 75% of service fee

No-show (client not present at arrival): 100% of service fee

Same-day booking cancelled same day: 100% of service fee

3. How Cancellation Fees Are Collected

Cancellation fees are collected via invoice sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. Invoices are due upon receipt and may be paid via Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, or credit/debit card. Failure to pay a cancellation invoice may result in denial of future service.

4. No-Show Policy

A no-show occurs when the client or required signer is not present at the confirmed appointment location at the scheduled time. In the event of a no-show, the full service fee will be invoiced. AIO Notary Network, LLC will wait up to 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time before the appointment is considered a no-show.

5. Late Cancellations — Same-Day Bookings

Same-day appointments are a premium service. If a same-day appointment is cancelled for any reason on the day it was booked, the full service fee will be invoiced regardless of how much notice was provided.

6. Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule an appointment at no charge with at least 24 hours notice. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will be treated as a cancellation and the applicable fee will apply. Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability.

7. Cancellations by AIO Notary Network

In the rare event that AIO Notary Network, LLC must cancel an appointment due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control, we will notify the client as soon as possible and no cancellation fee will be charged. We will make every effort to reschedule at the earliest available time.

8. Refund Policy

AIO Notary Network, LLC does not offer refunds for completed notarial acts. Once a notarization has been performed, the service fee is non-refundable regardless of whether the document is later rejected by a third party, institution, or government agency. Clients are responsible for ensuring their documents are complete and ready for notarization prior to the appointment.

For apostille facilitation services, deposits are non-refundable once documents have been submitted to the state authority for processing.

9. Business Client Cancellations

Cancellation terms for business clients including title companies, law firms, and signing services are governed by the individual service agreement between AIO Notary Network, LLC and the respective business client. If no separate agreement exists, the cancellation fee schedule above applies.

10. How to Cancel

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as early as possible:

Cancellations must be confirmed by AIO Notary Network, LLC to be considered valid. Cancellations left as voicemail or sent outside of business hours will be timestamped at the time of receipt.
