1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website at aionotarynetwork.com or by engaging the services of AIO Notary Network, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. These Terms and Conditions apply to all clients, visitors, and users of our services.

2. Services Provided

AIO Notary Network, LLC provides mobile notary, loan signing agent, remote online notarization (RON), apostille assistance, and related document services throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach County, Florida. RON services are available statewide across Florida.

All notarial acts performed by AIO Notary Network, LLC are conducted in compliance with Florida Statutes Chapter 117 and applicable Florida notarial laws and regulations.

AIO Notary Network, LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Nothing in our communications, website, or services constitutes legal advice. Clients are solely responsible for the content, accuracy, and legal sufficiency of their documents.

3. Appointments & Scheduling

All appointments are scheduled in advance by phone, email, or through our online booking system. Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of all required information including document type, number of signers, service location, and preferred date and time.

AIO Notary Network, LLC reserves the right to decline any appointment at its sole discretion, including but not limited to appointments involving documents that appear fraudulent, incomplete, or outside the scope of authorized notarial acts under Florida law.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for the following:

• Ensuring all documents are complete and ready for signature prior to the appointment

• Providing valid, government-issued photo identification for all signers

• Ensuring all signers are present, competent, and signing willingly without duress

• Disclosing the correct number of documents and signers at the time of booking

• Notifying AIO Notary Network, LLC of any changes to the appointment as soon as possible

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in cancellation of the appointment and applicable cancellation fees as outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Payment Terms

Payment for individual client services is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include cash, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, and credit or debit card. For business clients including title companies, law firms, and signing services, payment terms of Net 15 to Net 30 may apply as confirmed at time of engagement. Apostille services may require a deposit prior to document submission.

All fees are confirmed at the time of booking. Final invoices reflect the number of documents, number of signers, travel distance, and time of appointment.

6. Cancellation Policy

Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for complete details regarding cancellation fees and procedures. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

AIO Notary Network, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to delays in document processing, rejection of documents by third parties, or errors in client-provided information.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on aionotarynetwork.com including text, images, logos, graphics, and branding elements is the property of AIO Notary Network, LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

10. Changes to These Terms

AIO Notary Network, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
