Before Your Appointment: Once your package is received we review every document before arriving. You'll receive a confirmation with your appointment details, location, and what to bring.

At the Table: We arrive on time, professionally dressed, and fully prepared. Every document is explained in plain language — in English or Spanish — before you sign. We catch errors before they become problems. We don't rush.

After the Signing: Your completed package is returned to the title company or lender per their instructions. You'll receive a digital confirmation that your signing is complete.
